Artist Statement

I strive to create adult art that is sexy, fun and playful to look at. I have always loved art, drawing daily from a young age, with a particular interest in nudity and art that shows off the human form. As an adult I found further inspiration from various erotic artists and also comics and animation. Seeing art that exaggerated life and differed from straight realism, I began to draw my own characters and want my art to showcase their emotions in a fun and playful way. I have always loved the textures of colored pencils and markers, which I try to emulate through digital drawing. I want my art to inspire, gain interest, but most of all showcase the fun in life.

Biography

Born and raised in California, Sydney Stroud began drawing at an early age. Being self taught, they would often abandon art pieces until in their early twenties they became exposed to some great artists at art conventions and began focusing on their own style. They went to study at San Diego City College, majoring in graphic design and later began working freelance for various businesses. They then began marketing for other local big artists.
